We do our best to keep a large variety of options available for our customers.  In-stock inventory is based on popularity of items as well as the season.  

We understand that some of our customers may desire an item that we do not typically carry.  For this reason we offer a "Pre-order Option" from our full catalog.

Pre-order details:

• Customers may request any out of stock item, however we must have two (2) requests for the same item before we will add it to our inventory.
• Once we receive two (2) requests, we will invoice the customers for their order prior to ordering from our supplier.  This may be two (2) of the same item from one (1) customer or the same item requested from two (2) different customers. 
• Due to the availability from our supplier, all items in our full catalog may not be readily available to us.  We will check all stock levels before invoicing for any pre-order requests.
• Unfortunately some items may go out of stock or become permanently discontinued from our supplier without our knowledge.  We do our best to update our full catalog often and will inform any customer with an outstanding request if their item is no longer available.
